This is the story of Pre-Revolutionary War pilgrims leaving the last outpost of civilization in central Pennsylvania as they go southwest into the wilderness of the newly opened Ohio Valley Territory. They will need to forge a trail over mountains and across turbulent rivers. They will need to make their way through dense forests fraught with the dangers of wild beasts and hostile humans of every ilk.

 

They each have a past that is being left behind.

And they each have a story to tell and a dream in their heart.

But their guide doesn’t know where he’s going.

And they do not have a map.

And they really don’t have a clue!
